A familiar force in contemporary dance music, Homero Espinosa has emerged as one of the preeminent purveyors of the modern West Coast House Sound. His distinctive production approach has kept this Northern California native in the Top 20 Traxsource Deep House Artists racks, consecutively, over the last half-decade.
A dance music dignitary whose musical roots emanate from the infamous San Francisco underground of the early ‘90s, Espinosa began spinning records as DJ Huey in the Bay Area, quickly finding a niche in the renegade rave scene. Over the last two decades, he has developed a unique musical perspective that blends elements of jazz, soul, and hip hop to melodically produce a sound that is as contemporary as it is timelessly classic.
Recording under the names Ovidio, Two Craigs And A Homie, Wayne Shockness, and his own namesake, Homero Espinosa has carved out his own niche sound, producing recordings for mainstay labels such as Tango Recordings, Viva! Recordings, Nite Grooves, i! Records, Strictly Rhythm, Robsoul Recordings, and his own imprint, Moulton Music.
Armed with an ever-growing discography of accolades, 2020 sees Espinosa releasing new productions with Mark Farina, DJ Heather, David Harness, and Doc Martin as he prepares for his debut full-length LP, slated to be released in early 2021, and it’s going to make you Boogie Till You Drop.
David Harness is one of the most popular House Music DJs for the San Francisco/West Coast sound. kTouring all over the world, from Coachella to Croatia, from Outside Lands to Glastonbury, David’s star continues to rise within the dance community as a musical storyteller. David is everything beautiful and decadent about house music.
The master of his craft, David has lent his producer skills to Grammy-winning artists like Mary J. Blige and Alicia Keys. David continues releasing new music and remixes, including his album ‘Friends in Harmony’ and the upcoming third Mighty Real Pool Party compilation – released from Moulton. David is in his third year of House Music alchemy, hosting a mix show on My-Soul Radio and spins live on Twitch.tv/djdavidharness.
David Harness is known for his decade-and-counting with the famous Mighty Real parties and his epic residencies at Universe and The Endup. The master of his craft, David has lent his producer skills to Grammy-winning artists like Mary J. Blige, Luther Vandross, Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys, and even Yoko Ono.
David Harness continues to bring the best music and performances to the world that are all things David Harness.
Producer and DJ with Moulton Music. My first love is deep, soulful house music, but I like pretty much anything you can play in a club from the 70's on...
In February 2011, Sergio went over to Allen's house. They had met briefly through a mutual friend at Sergio's Go BANG! Disco party, bonding over stories of their days at UC Berkeley, Sergio being a big fanboy of Allen's Yerba Buena Discos house label, and the love of Disco. They had agreed to edit one song, but on the BART ride over to Allen's house, Sergio was listening to Sylvester's "Fever." He showed up, they heard it, they loved it, they edited it! http://soundcloud.com/sergioaudio/sylvester-fever-sergio-allen This became a fan favorite; their love letter to the San Francisco Bay Area and all that Sylvester represents. This set the tone for their Disco Edits and House Originals: From the Heart, From the Soul, Made with Love. And made whilst eating peanut butter cups. [:)] They are proud to release each song, which always has a personal connection to them and, in turn, to the listener and dancer. They are excited to share even more of their art, and their hearts, with YOU.
